Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the Spring Planning Offer, you must:
- Have current finance pre-approval from a recognised lender and provide evidence prior to your consultation being confirmed.
- Be considering a second storey addition with Smart Home Additions.
- Own a property located within our service area.
- Be ready to commence Planning & Approvals by 31 October 2026 with construction of your second storey addition intended to commence within six months of entering the Planning & Approvals stage.
- Book your Phone Consultation between 1 August and 30 September 2026.

Free Phone Consultation – August & September 2026
- The Smart Home Additions Spring Planning Offer is available for eligible new clients who book a Phone Consultation between 1 August and 30 September 2026.
- Under this offer, the standard $250 Phone Consultation fee will be waived.
- To be eligible for the offer, clients must provide evidence of current finance pre-approval from a recognised lender prior to their consultation being confirmed and must be ready to commence the Planning & Approvals stage by 31 October 2026.
- Eligible clients must be intending to commence construction of their second storey addition within six months of entering the Planning & Approvals stage.
- The offer is available to homeowners genuinely considering a second storey addition with Smart Home Additions and whose property is located within the Smart Home Additions service area.
- This offer applies to Phone Consultations only. Onsite Consultations are excluded and will be charged at the applicable standard consultation rate.
- The offer is available to new Phone Consultation bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to consultations already booked, completed or paid for prior to the commencement of the promotion.
- The offer has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit or applied against any other service, fee or agreement.
- Eligibility for the free consultation does not guarantee that a second storey addition can be constructed on the property. All projects remain subject to site suitability, planning controls, design requirements, approval requirements and Smart Home Additions’ standard assessment and acceptance process.
- Consultation appointments are subject to availability. Smart Home Additions reserves the right to decline or reschedule consultation requests where appointment capacity has been reached.
- Smart Home Additions reserves the right to verify eligibility for the promotion before confirming the free consultation.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other consultation promotion or discount unless otherwise agreed by Smart Home Additions in writing.
- Smart Home Additions reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary. Any change will not affect an eligible consultation already confirmed under the offer.
