- Communication is very clear and every step of the built can be checked via app. the whole process was as per agreed schedule or even earlier. Photos of the progress are provided.
- we were able to live inside of the house during almost the entire duration of the building process. It was very convenient.

This company was amazing. We had a second story put on our house recently and we were so happy we went with these guys. Their communication was second to none. They were very reliable,turned up the same time every day and gave us a schedule of what was happening each day and they got it done.They finished reno in record time and did an amazing job.We lived and worked at home while they were building and there was never any issues. Will highly recommend these guys to everyone. Thankyou so much,we are loving our new home

Every team from the customer service/admin team to the construction and project management team went above and beyond. They supported our growing family throughout the renovations (during the toughest times of late pregnancy and early days of postpartum). We have no regrets! We had wonderful experience with 32 degree.
They worked efficiently. They built in time frame, even faster,
We are quite satisfied with the finish.
They guided us every step of way during building process and responded to us very quickly and nicely.
If we would have chance to do another addition, they are definitely the one we will look for.

After meeting with multiple builders, we used Smart Home Additions earlier this year for our first floor addition. SMA were excellent to work with. Our work was completed before schedule and the quality is amazing. Denny was extremely knowledgeable and attended to all our questions/ requests. They worked within our budget and we could not be happier with the final product. Thank you smart home additions for giving us our dream home.

I have put my 5 star rating into 5 parts of the build.
Design - unbelievably helpful and professional throughout the design process. They offered suggestions and guidance throughout the whole design process.
Administration - great effort by all, especially as they were in transit to move their office to a different location.
Progress on Build - this was driven by an app and if you weren't familiar with using their app, they were available to answer questions, offer support and guide you through the app process. This was particularly helpful and appreciated when making adjustments.
Construction - the team of employees responsible for the construction were excellent. They were very organised and implemented all parts of the build efficiently. They are a credit to their company. Their communication was second to none as they always kept you informed.
Completion - our extension was completed on time and the quality was better than expected. This was contributed to the design, material used and the workmanship that by all - a great job - many thanks
Things to know:-
Cost of things that you have no control over such as Council - do your homework
Additional cost - upgrades to improve the build - internal and external
End of construction - Additional cost such as painting on ground level - internal and external including new staircase and house structure and surroundings - 5 stars rating - 100% cheers

We found Smart Home Additions to be a professional and reliable company to build our first floor addition. The whole team were polite and contactable when needed. The tradesmen turned up on time and worked hard to complete the job in the designated time frame. We were invited to use an app to track the progress and communicate with builders and office personal, this was great. I would highly recommend Smart Home additions if you are looking to add a first floor addition to your existing home.

I cannot fault Smart Home Additions who did your extension upstairs. They were so easy to work with and made our lives SO much easier! They had a timeline created and completed the project SO quickly. The builders were so professional and punctual and the electricians, plumbers etc were all amazing. They communicated with us over WhatApp every few days so we were always in the loop. I cannot recommend Smart Home Additions and 32 Degrees more! So many neighbours have commented on how fast and great the house looks! Thank you guys so much for changing our lives!

We love our new extension. Quality workmanship, the whole team was amazing from the admin team to the builders. Very punctual every day and really hard workers. Price was unbeatable. Smart Homes organised everything for us, hence there was very little stress involved throughout the entire process. I, 100%, recommend Smart Home Additions to anyone looking to extend their home. 😃

We had been looking for a significant amount of time for a company to complete a first floor addition to our home. We are so happy that we came across the Smart Home Additions team. They were first class with their communication, transparency and professionalism. Denny, Victoria, Liam, Charlie and the rest of the building crew made the entire process an absolute dream. If you want builders that complete the job to a high standard, are there everyday working tirelessly to get you back into your home as quickly as possible and are generally great people, then don't go past these guys. I can't recommend them enough.
