Phone Consultation – $250
Our standard Phone Consultation fee is $250.
Phone consultations provide the same project discussion as an onsite consultation, with the added flexibility of speaking with our builder from wherever suits you. We can also conference call if both homeowners are in different locations.

- Email you a tailored build cost estimate within 3–5 business days
How to Prepare for Your Consultation
To get the most out of your phone appointment and to help our consultant better understand your home, please send 4 photos of your property at least 48 hours before your consultation of:
- Front of your home
- Back of your home
- Both sides of the home (if accessible)
What We Cannot Discuss During Your Phone Consult
- Ground floor extensions
- Ground floor renovation work
- Current proposed plans – if you have designed plans with a draftsperson then we may not be the builder for you, head on over the our parent company 32 Degrees Building with your enquiry
