TALK TO YOUR BANK AND GET PRE-APPROVAL
Now that you know how much your build will cost, you can take it to your lender or a broker to get pre-approval for your build.

Say yes, and then we can kick off the design process and organise all necessary building approvals.

MEET WITH YOUR PROJECT MANAGER
This is where we walk you thorugh the logistics of your build, finalise your inclusions and can start to prepare your project timeline
ISSUE YOUR HIA FIXED PRICE BUILDING CONTRACT
Once approvals are in place and inclusions are finalised, you’ll receive your HIA fixed-price building contract.
FINALISE YOUR FINANCE
Provide your lender with the signed contract and approvals to formalise your loan. This is also when we confirm your progress payment schedule.
BUILD COMMENCES!
Once your contract is signed, you’ll gain access to your Client Portal and we’ll confirm your official build start date.
From there, our skilled team gets to work — in just 10–14 weeks, you’ll be enjoying your brand-new Smart Home Addition!
