Book a phone consultation for $250 — Phone consultations are exactly the same as an onsite consultation, but with added flexibility: you don’t need to take a day off work, it can be done during a lunch break, and we can even conference call if both partners are in different locations.
Onsite consultations are also available for $350. To book an onsite consultation, please call our office directly.
Your fee is fully credited toward your project when you proceed with Smart Home Additions.

What Our Consultant Will Do
- Complete an assessment of your current home
- Assess site viability (levels, bushfire/flood zones, services) and the condition of your home
- Discuss your goals, budget, and preferred inclusions, providing recommendations to match your budget
- Email you a tailored build cost estimate within 3–5 business days
How to Prepare for Your Consultation
To get the most out of your phone appointment and to help our consultant better understand your home, please send 4 photos of your property at least 48 hours before your consultation of:
- Front of your home
- Back of your home
- Both sides of the home (if accessible)
What We Cannot Discuss During Your Phone Consult
- Ground floor extensions
- Ground floor renovation work
- Current proposed plans – if you have designed plans with a draftsperson then we may not be the builder for you, head on over the our parent company 32 Degrees Building with your enquiry
