Based on our standard 70m² Second Storey Addition Package, we added:

- One family bathroom
- One upstairs sitting room
- Approximately 70m² of additional floor space
This second storey addition in Quakers Hill created a dedicated new level for bedrooms and family relaxation above the existing single-storey home.

A Practical 70m² Layout for Family Living
The standard 70m² package was selected to provide a balanced combination of bedroom and living accommodation. Three bedrooms form the main sleeping area, while the family bathroom is conveniently positioned on the new upper level.
The separate sitting room gives the family an additional place to relax away from the main ground-floor living areas. It can function as a children’s retreat, television room, study area or quiet family space as the household’s needs change.
Creating More Space Above the Existing Home
Adding the new rooms above the original house allowed the homeowners to significantly increase its usable floor area without constructing a large ground-floor extension.
